OUR WARRANTY

All Trimcar Inc. vehicle seat covers are warranted exclusively to the original purchaser for 3 years or 36,000 miles, against all manufacturing and material defects. Should you receive, or should any part of your seat covers become defective during the warranty (which begins on the date of delivery to you), we will, at our discretion, repair or replace them free of charge (except shipping) provided:

• They have been correctly installed either by the purchaser or an authorized dealer.
• They have not been damaged during installation.
• They have not been subjected to any type of abusive use or use for which they were not manufactured.
• They have not been altered or repaired by anyone without our prior approval.
• No harsh chemical or silicone based products have been applied to them, intentionally or by accident.
• This warranty does not cover scuffs, cuts, tears, scratches or abrasions.
• Variations in color dye lots are not covered under warranty.
• Any consequential damages, direct or indirect, or any type of loss of time, profits, use, or other expenses which may arise from a claim, valid or otherwise, on any of our products is not covered under this warranty.

Trimcar Inc. will have the sole right to assess the validity of any warranty claim and returns may only be made once an authorization number has been issued by us.

This warranty is valid in all locations unless local law provides for exceptions.
